Register & obtain app from our website

There are 2 ways to register and use Migration Solutions' app: from our website and from Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
We will start with registration and download directly from our website:
Go to our website: , in the top-right of the page, in the menu bar, click language and select English or Spanish.
Click on Registration and then on Registration for Clients.
Complete ALL the fields of the registration form. Please note that the system associates your email address (which must be unique, or in other words: you cannot use the same email address to register more than 1 account) as your username. Your password must be at least 8 characters long, containing at least 1 Cap letter and 1 symbol. This combination increases the strength of your password. Also, because of the nature of confidentiality of the data that you will enter into the system, your password will need to be changed every 3 months. Also, do not forget to read our Privacy Terms and click the checkbox if you agree.
After submitting your registration form, you will see a green notice on your screen. Because your email address will be an important element of communication between the system, you and the lawyers, then it needs to validate your email address. If you have entered a wrong email, then your account will not be activated and will be auto-deleted in 5 days. If you need to re-register right-away then contact our technical team on the contact page and they will be more than happy to assist you.
To confirm email and validate your account, open your email and check in your in-box or maybe in your junk-folder for an email from Open it and click the Confirmation link.
Your email is now confirmed and you can now select the type of platform you are using (simply it goes like this: Samsung and similar brands of phones uses Android, Apple devices uses iOS) and if you dont have a smartphone, we have you covered too! Just click Laptop/Desktop computer.
Then you are directed to secure Payment pages, where you select your payment method, pay and download the app.
In the payment page, if you are already in the Netherlands, you can select iDeal and scan the QR code for faster payment, or just select your bank and continue. Otherwise, you can pay by credit card.
If for some reason your payment is failed or cancelled, you can just click on the button Back to the website.
You will return to the home page with the orange colored notice that your payment has failed. The system will recognize that your account is confirmed but app is not paid and if you try to login, you will be denied access!
If your payment is successful then you will be directed to the download page where you will have a few options:
    a- Scan the QR code and download the app.
    b- Download the app directly from our server.
    c- Send a link to your email that you can open on your smartphone, to download.
